This fabulous Aquamarine ring is a product of 1960’s Brazil. The jewelry industry got a bit spoiled by all the deep color Aquamarines coming out of Brazil at the time, now a distant memory. Current production in Brazil is almost nothing and most Aquamarine on the market from other sources is quite pale, which makes this one special. The emerald cut Aquamarine is in the classic sky-blue hue with wonderful saturation and sparkle. It is set simply and elegantly between a pair of twinkling Diamonds, all in a white gold setting. This would have been designed as a right-hand cocktail ring at the time, but could certainly be worn as a statement engagement ring or impressive March birthstone ring- it is easily sizable to most sizes.
