To ensure proper installation of rubber foam insulation materials, please follow the guidelines below:All seams and joints must be sealed using adhesive to ensure airtight bonding. After installation, all tees, elbows, valves, flanges, and other fittings must be insulated to the designed thickness.Do not apply excessive pressure when bonding. All interfaces should be gently compressed during adhesive application to ensure proper sealing.Follow the installation order: large tubes first, followed by small tubes; elbows and tees before straight sections, and finish with valves and flanges. When installing chilled water tubes or refrigeration equipment, ensure that gaps between the ends of the rubber tube and metal tube are filled and bonded with adhesive. The bonding width should not be less than the insulation thickness.Position tube seam openings in inconspicuous areas, and stagger the seams of adjacent tubes to prevent thermal bridging.Do not install insulation while the system is running. After installation, do not start equipment within 36 hours to allow proper curing. For large-diameter rubber tubes that may become oval due to packaging, cut them along the flatter side for easier and more accurate installation.
