Jacob E. Bang (1899-1965), was an architect by training but joined the ailing Holmegaard Glass Factory in 1928 and subsequently helped revolutionise their fortunes. He pursued design through his mantra: ‘beautiful, strong, practical’. Recently rewired and PAT tested.
